My name is Kylie del Solar (née Sabeto), I am a true Bowen local and have returned home to raise my beautiful family in the town I love.
My tertiary studies include registered nursing and dentistry both of which where obtained at James Cook University. I am married to the local hospital medical superintendent and together we have 6 children and a dog named Peppa. I decided to return to university to become a dentist as I wanted to give patients the option to see a dentist who will make them feel safe and provide a reliable, honest and genuine service. Since returning home I have been determined to make this happen.
We are a busy family and enjoy spending as much time together as possible.
Dr Cameron Born
Associate Dentist
Born and bred in Bowen, Dr Cameron graduated from JCU with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2019. Upon graduating Cameron practised in Alice Springs, servicing the community and its local surroundings. After two years in the Northern Territory, Cameron is proud to be relocating back to Bowen close to family and is looking forward to giving back to the Bowen community.
Cameron has a strong belief in the provision of high quality dental treatment and patient care through technical excellence. Cameron works with his patients to gain a complete understanding of their needs ensuring treatment is provided in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly environment.
Cameron has a laid back nature and in his spare time you will find him fishing, watching footy or the races, cooking and spending time with family.
Dr Renee Aitken
Associate Dentist
“Dr Renee is a Far North Queensland local, and in 2019 completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in her home town of Cairns. After graduation Renee moved to the Northern Territory and serviced the Alice Springs community for 2 years in private practice.
During this time Renee discovered her fondness for preventative and paediatric dentistry, and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to achieving optimal oral health.
Outside of work Renee is a keen cook, and is looking forward to spending time on the beautiful beaches of Bowen with her much loved cavoodle, Monty.
Renee is excited to return to the coast, and to become part of the team at Kylie’s Family Dental. “
Helen Daley

I have lived in Bowen all of my life, completing both primary and secondary schooling here. I was raised within the farming industry with my parents which has given me the true life skills I am able to put to use today. Once completing secondary schooling, I was given the opportunity to grow my skills professionally and as person by working closely with or within management roles in the customer service sectors.
I am married with 2 step-sons and 2 daughters and I am very privileged to have all of my family (parents and siblings) still living in the Bowen community. With family being a great influence in my life, I understand the importance of creating a family environment within the workplace at Kylie’s Family Dental with both patients and fellow employees. Although I have only commenced working in the Dental Industry in October, 2015, I look forward to expanding my knowledge of the industry while working with Dr Kylie and her team.
During my spare time, I enjoy exercising and spending time with my family and friends.
Zoe Brackley
Dental Assistant
Growing up in Bowen I was truly blessed! I spent my days on our family farm and if I wasn’t there I was swimming at one of our beautiful beaches! After completing primary and secondary schooling here I was offered a Dental assisting role and started working full time a week or so after graduating in 2014.
I wanted to give back to our little community and in 2015 was crowned the Bowen Gem of the coral cost festival queen! In 2018 I decided it was time for me to fly the coop and was given the opportunity to move over to England and work. After 8 months of living in Bude Cornwall, I decided I wanted to solo travel around Europe and that’s what I did! I’ve now been to about 15 different countries and have experienced some incredible things, I definitely plan to see many more.
After returning home from travelling, I was lucky enough to slot back into my job back with Kylie’s Family Dental and enjoy every day with this amazing team. Working with these lovely ladies makes coming to work hardly a job and being able to offer quality service and care to our town makes it that much better.
Natasha Sanderson

Growing up in Bowen, I have enjoyed the laidback lifestyle our beautiful town has to offer. I feel lucky to have been surrounded by a large family, most of whom are still residing in Bowen. I met my husband, who is originally from Newcastle, NSW, and he also grew to love it here. We decided to settle in Bowen to raise our three beautiful children.
I completed my Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2009, and I have continued to work in the industry on and off ever since. I joined the team at Kylie’s Family Dental in 2018 and have enjoyed working together in a family friendly environment. I understand how important it is to help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment and look forward to continuing to do so in future.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Emma Hill
Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in the rural country town of Kingaroy, Qld. I spent my last five years there working as a pharmacy assistant. In May 2018 my partner and I decided to make to the move further north as this is where he is from, ending up in the beautiful Bowen. Not long after arriving I was very lucky to have an opportunity to obtain a job working with the amazing team at Kylie’s Family Dental. With no previous experience in the dental industry I quickly started on the path to obtaining my certificate III in Dental Assisting, which I have recently completed.
Learning and being trained on the job with the Kylie’s Family Dental team I have quickly learned the importance of providing a very high level of care and making our patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment. I absolutely love working in the dental industry and am so grateful to be a part of such an amazing team at Kylie’s Family Dental.
After deciding to settle in Bowen, we thought it was the perfect place to raise a family.
I enjoy spending my free time going for walks along the beach and spending time with friends.
